These Listing Quality Rules define the standards that all business listings on Emmoceb (https://www.emmoceb.com) must follow. These rules are essential to maintain trust, accuracy, and platform quality, and are required for Google Search, Google Ads, and App Store approvals.

By creating or maintaining a listing on Emmoceb, Business Owners agree to comply with these rules, along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Business Owner Guidelines.

1. Purpose of Listing Quality Rules

Emmoceb is a pet-focused directory platform. Our goal is to ensure that:

  • Users receive accurate and reliable information
  • Genuine businesses are promoted fairly
  • Low-quality, fake, or misleading listings are removed

Quality listings help protect users, animals, and the platform’s credibility.

2. Eligibility for Listings

To be eligible for listing on Emmoceb:

  • The business must be legally operating in India
  • The business must offer pet-related services or products
  • The business must comply with applicable local, state, and central laws
  • The listing creator must be authorized to represent the business

Emmoceb reserves the right to request verification at any time.

3. Accuracy & Completeness of Information

All listings must contain:

  • Correct business name (no keyword stuffing)
  • Valid physical address (if applicable)
  • Active phone number and/or email address
  • Accurate operating hours
  • Clear description of services or products

Providing false, outdated, or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Listing Practices

Listings must NOT:

  • Contain fake or non-existent business information
  • Impersonate another business or brand
  • Use misleading titles or descriptions
  • Include exaggerated, guaranteed, or unverifiable claims
  • Redirect users to unrelated services or websites

5. Content & Description Standards

Listing content must:

  • Be original and written by the business owner or authorized representative
  • Clearly describe actual services offered
  • Use professional, respectful language
  • Avoid spelling abuse, excessive emojis, or ALL CAPS

Copied, spun, or auto-generated content may result in removal.

6. Images & Media Guidelines

Images uploaded must:

  • Be owned by the business or legally licensed
  • Accurately represent the business, premises, or services
  • Not contain misleading visuals, stock abuse, or watermarks
  • Not include contact details, prices, or promotional text overlays

Inappropriate or irrelevant images are not allowed.

7. Pricing, Offers & Claims

  • Prices (if listed) must be clear and truthful
  • Offers and discounts must be genuine and honored
  • No false promises such as “100% guaranteed results”

Misleading pricing or deceptive offers may result in suspension.

8. Reviews, Ratings & Feedback Integrity

Strictly prohibited activities include:

  • Fake or paid reviews
  • Self-reviews or reviews by employees
  • Review manipulation or incentives
  • Posting negative reviews about competitors

Emmoceb may remove suspicious reviews without notice.

9. Veterinary & Medical Claims

Listings must NOT:

  • Provide medical or veterinary advice
  • Make unverified health or treatment claims
  • Promote unsafe, illegal, or unethical medical practices

Only licensed professionals may list services, and users must consult them directly.

10. Animal Welfare & Ethical Standards

Listings promoting or involving:

  • Animal abuse or neglect
  • Illegal breeding or trading
  • Cruel training methods

are strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

11. SEO & Keyword Abuse

Listings must not:

  • Stuff keywords unnaturally
  • Use location spam or irrelevant tags
  • Include misleading SEO practices

Quality and clarity take priority over search manipulation.

12. Duplicate & Low-Quality Listings

  • Duplicate listings for the same business are not allowed
  • Placeholder, incomplete, or inactive listings may be removed
  • Repeated violations may lead to permanent suspension

13. Review, Approval & Enforcement

Emmoceb reserves the right to:

  • Review and approve listings before or after publication
  • Edit or request changes to listings
  • Suspend or permanently remove listings violating these rules

Decisions are final to protect platform integrity.
