A refund may be issued if:
- The listing or advertisement fails to go live due to a technical error on our side.
- You paid for a feature that did not function as described, and our team could not resolve it within 7 working days.
- Duplicate payment was accidentally charged due to a system glitch.
2.2 Service Not Delivered
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The purchased listing package was not activated at all.
- The service was not provided within the promised timeline due to errors on Emmoceb’s end.
2.3 Unauthorized Charges
If you find a payment on your account that you did not authorize, notify us within 48 hours. After verification, a full refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Emmoceb provides exposure but does not guarantee sales, leads, or customer conversions.
4. Subscription Refunds
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
- You may cancel anytime, but the current billing cycle will not be refunded.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Annual plans can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no premium feature has been used.
