2. Auto-Listing & Public Data Disclaimer
Emmoceb may generate business listings using publicly available data.
We do not claim copyright over:
- Public business information
- Public contact numbers
- Public addresses
- Public map coordinates
- Public business descriptions
- Royalty-free images
If any business owner believes their copyrighted content was added incorrectly, they may request:
- Removal
- Replacement
- Editing
- Full claim access
3. How to File a Copyright/DMCA Notice
If you believe your copyrighted content has been used without permission, send a notice to:

- Content is removed temporarily
- The listing owner is notified
- They may file a counter-notice
- Our team reviews the dispute
- Final action is taken within 3–7 working days
5. Counter-Notice Instructions
If you believe your content was removed wrongly, you may send a counter-notice to:

6. Repeat Violations
Users who repeatedly violate copyright rules may face:
- Listing removal
- Account suspension
- Permanent ban
